Dual-Nozzle Multi-Material Printing
The H2D features a dual-nozzle extrusion system that enables simultaneous printing of different materials or colors. This allows users to combine flexible and rigid filaments or mix standard and engineering materials within a single print.
Large Build Volume
Designed for large-scale projects, the printer offers an expansive build area:
- Single Nozzle: 325 × 320 × 325 mm
- Dual Nozzle: 300 × 320 × 325 mm
- Total Dual-Tool Volume: 350 × 320 × 325 mm
This makes it ideal for prototypes, functional parts, and multi-component models.
High-Temperature Performance
Equipped with a 350°C all-metal hotend and heated chamber up to 65°C, the H2D can process high-performance engineering materials such as fiber-reinforced filaments and other advanced plastics.
Intelligent Filament Monitoring
The H2D includes an advanced monitoring system with 15 sensors along the filament path, continuously tracking feeding speed, tension, filament position, extrusion pressure, and temperature conditions to ensure stable and reliable printing.
Modular Manufacturing Platform
Beyond 3D printing, the H2D can be upgraded with optional tool modules, including:
- Laser Module (10W or 40W) for engraving and cutting
- Cutting Module for materials like vinyl and paper
- Pen Module for drawing and plotting
These modules transform the machine into an all-in-one personal manufacturing system capable of multiple fabrication processes.
Precision & Speed
The high-performance motion system allows rapid and accurate fabrication with toolhead speeds up to 1000 mm/s, enabling faster production without sacrificing print quality.
